Refund and Returns Policy

At Zarwish’s Wardrobe, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, here’s how we can help.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date
  • You may exchange for a different size, colour, or style of equal or greater value
  • If the replacement item costs more, you pay only the difference
  • Exchange requests must be initiated via WhatsApp or email
  • Items must be shipped back within 3 days of exchange approval

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused — not worn, tried on only
  • Item is unwashed and free of any stains, perfume, or odours
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • All original tags and labels remain securely attached
  • The item has not been altered, embroidered, stitched, or customised in any way
  • photo of the item must be shared with us via WhatsApp before shipping back

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
  • Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item via WhatsApp
  • Include photos of the original packaging and shipping label
  • Do not wash, wear, or alter the item before reporting

Refund Policy

We process refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products — items with manufacturing defects confirmed by our team
  • Wrong Item Delivered — you received a different item than what you ordered
  • Unavailable Replacement — your preferred exchange item is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund approval is communicated within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method
  • Bank transfers may take 5–7 business days to reflect
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used beyond try-on
  • Items with removed, detached, or tampered tags
  • Sale items or items purchased at a discount, unless defective
  • Customised, stitched, or tailored items
  • Items reported after the 7-day exchange window
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper washing, or care
  • Accessories, dupattas, and add-on items sold separately
